Emerald Ire from the Emerald Isle

Hi! We’re Emerald Ire, a brand new Hot Sauce Company from Belfast.  We’ve been making hot sauce as a hobby for years and finally decided to take the plunge and take things to the next level. Working with the Foodovation team in Derry (and an evil Leprechaun called Bernie) we perfected our recipe and after over a year of hard work we are proud to announce our first commercially available sauce; the Emerald Ire Signature Sauce.

We are very proud of our Irish heritage and it's woven into every bottle of hot sauce we produce. From the rich, earthy notes of our secret recipe to the zesty tang of locally sourced ingredients, our hot sauces are a love letter to our roots and a blend of flavours that pay homage to the Emerald Isle. 

Small Batch, Big Dreams
We're not in the business of mass production. Each bottle of hot sauce that bears the label of The Emerald Ire is a testament to our commitment to quality. Handmade in small batches right here in Belfast, our sauces are a labour of love, ensuring every drop is bursting with flavour and character.

We believe hot sauce should be an experience, a journey of flavours that ignite your senses. That's why we're on a mission to make hot sauces that not only heat things up but also tingle other tastes you never knew you had. We want to melt your heart and preferably not your eyeballs.
Our sauces might still slap you in the face but hopefully they'll give you a bit of a smooch after.
