This sauce is our ode to an autumn evening warming yourself beside a turf fire with a glass of Irish whiskey in your hand and with gently flushed cheeks. DREAMY. 

Starting of with Irish whiskey we add red chilli, chipotle puree and paprika to bring a gentle, smokey heat. Seasonal blackberries add some sweetness and garlic rounds off this autumn banger. Gentle heat but full smoke.
