The Emerald Ire Signature Sauce, A Green Hot Sauce From Ireland
Our first sauce, our baby.
A medium heat green hot sauce bursting with flavour, punchy but fruity. Notes of apple, spring onion and cider vinegar reflect its Irish roots and make it a perfect accompaniment to just about everything you can think of (but we really recommend you try it with chicken, pork, and it absolutely slaps with cheese on toast).
Ingredients:
Apple Cider Vinegar(26%), Apple Juice, Scotch Bonnet + Jalapeno Blend (20%), Spring Onion, Spinach, Water, Garlic, Parsley, Salt

Absolutely outstanding signature hot sauce with a fresh taste and nice kick of heat. Prompt delivery time and we’re now very excited to try the fear garden next. A great addition to salads or as a dip to most things - only problem is it’s going to disappear too fast in this house.
