A medium heat green hot sauce bursting with flavour, punchy but fruity. Notes of apple, spring onion and cider vinegar reflect its Irish roots and make it a perfect accompaniment to just about everything you can think of (but we really recommend you try it with chicken, pork, and it absolutely slaps with cheese on toast).

Apple Cider Vinegar(26%), Apple Juice, Scotch Bonnet + Jalapeno Blend (20%), Spring Onion, Spinach, Water, Garlic, Parsley, Salt
